Propane Regulator and Solenoid Valve Coil

Ranger Tug R31 2022. Does anyone have the part numbers or a link to the Propane Regulator and Solenoid Valve Coil? The propane tank solenoid valve and regulator are corroded beyond what I would consider acceptable for use.

Hi there Brian,

The regulator is in a kit that we get from Trident Rubber https://tridentmarine.com/

It is listed in our bill of materials as having part number "FM Regulator Kit". You would need to call them to see about getting this, as I don't think that part number would show up on their website. If you are having trouble with that, reach out to our parts person at parts@rangertugs.com to see if they can help.

Unless it was changed from the 2018 model, this is the solenoid:

can confirm that is the right solenoid. I opted to replace my regulator with a two stage when doing the solenoid. Used this one from Amazon:

Pay attention to the port sizes, you'll need a converter on the outpot to bring it down to 1/4" like the rest of the system. Alternatively get the version with the 3/8" input and change the hose from your tank.
