Greetings Tugnuts, I'm sharing some information below regarding the Gourmet II by Princess propane stove which came equipped on my 2015 C26.
Since acquiring the boat several years ago I've been plagued periodically with the propane burners not staying lit. For some time I was convinced the thermocouples were failing repeatedly because replacing them (P/N 75720) would always resolve the issue. After some email exchanges with Sure Marine I began second guessing my conclusion and resumed troubleshooting. I've since discovered the thermocouples aren't actually broken but they are quite sensitive to the adjustment on the mounting nut. Most recently the burner shown below stopped staying lit. I very slightly tightened the mounting nut maybe 1/10 of a turn and the issue was resolved. Almost seems obvious in hindsight 🙄
