Propeller Antifouling

So propeller was reconditioned during the off season. Blades are nice shinny bronze. They painted the prop hub black, is this typically antifouling paint? Will be using PropSpeed on the running gear. Should I also cover the black hub with is as well ?

That is not typically antifouling paint. But not an industry standard. Doesn't really matter if you're going to coat the running gear you probably need to remove it to apply the coating anyway.
