I noticed the other Ranger Tug R-23's at the Poet's Cove gathering last weekend had a second piece of stainless steel plate on the top of the bow just under the anchor. It certainly finishes the bow nicely. My new R-23 was missing this piece. I'm not sure if this was missed during manufacturing? Could I get this?
