R-23 swim platform rub rail

When we docked our R-23 a couple of days ago I noticed the angle we had to tie up didn’t protect the swim platform from contacting the concrete pier even with a fender deployed. Has anyone added a rub rail to the swim platform to keep this section better protected? If so how did you go about fastening the rail to the swim platform.

Not sure what portion of your swim platform was impacted in your tie up.
My 21EC swim platform had a pair of bumpers permanently installed horizontally across the stern that were handy when docking stern in.

My new 23 has a kicker so I no longer tie stern in.

Depending on your set up and impact points, perhaps the 21EC style bumper install might work
