R-25 - Cummins QSD 2.0 Accessory Belt Cover

Has anyone had any success removing the plastic accessory belt cover installed on the front of a Cummins QSD 2.0 engine in an R-25? I have been trying to remove mine to gain access to the front of the feed water pump but have been stumped by the bolt that is installed vertically in the cover under the feed water pump. This bolt is recessed about two inches back from the front of the cover and there is only about 1/2 inch vertical clearance under it. Any suggestions for getting this bolt out or removing the plastic accessory belt cover will be appreciated.

I had to break mine off by driving a flat bar down close to the bolt, wasn't easy .--lbrown

We have not needed to remove our belt cover... and have a quick question.

We have a R-25 Cummins QSD 2.0 150 and are wondering how to drain the engine antifreeze. The value looks like it is behind the water separating fuel filter and then behind two vertical rods and not accessible by the tools I tried to use.

Have you been able to drain and change out your antifreeze? Mine is now two years old or older and feeling it might need to be swapped out. Thoughts?
