Finally figured out how to do the Webasto F12 error reset on a 2019 R-27.
Resetting Webasto F12 lock out
1- Start the heater at the controller
2- Take out the 15 amp fuse in the cave behind small door (not the 3 amp fuse to the Webasto digital controller)
3- Turn unit off at Webasto controller
4- Wait 10 seconds
5- Replace the 15 amp fuse
6- Turn unit back on at the Webasto controller
