R-29 zincs

Hauling the boat. Want to make sure I have all the zincs.
2 trim tab
1 transom
2 thruster
1 prop
Anything others?
Blue Loctite? Re-use bolts?

Hi there,

That pretty much covers it. If the bolts are serviceable you can definitely reuse them. Neither blue or red Loctite should be used under water, as the adhesive will wash off. Hope this helps.

None on the rudder if it is a newer boat that is bonded to the rudder from inside the bilge.

I added anodes to the underwater portion of the swim step supports. I also prefer aluminum anodes over zinc.
Our boat lives on the trailer and we occasionally are in fresh water.

On the R29 Classics, we have 4 trim tab zincs. in addition to the round pics that go on the trim tab plates, we have rectangular zincs that mount where the trim tab struts mount to the trim tab plates. We have Bennet trim tabs. Boatzincs.com them (BNT-1).
