Looking for the 2013 R21EC maintenance manual, ie. oil changing, impeller, prop, zincs, flushing, elbow - all the nitty gritty maintenance items.

That would be the maintenance manual for your motor yanmar / volvo
You can download it from on line and print or order one, I would also recommend a parts / repair one too!

Hello Mike,
In regards to a maintenance manual, best thing to do is contact a Yanmar or Volvo dealer as I believe you can purchase a printed manual from them. The owners manual is not something that will cover these items. Also, try googling the model number as many times you can find these online.

Is the shaft/ prop, bearing transmission in that manual also?

The shaft and prop are purchased separately from the engine and transmission. I would start by getting your serial and model number off of the engine and transmission and googling those to locate service manuals for the engine and transmission. The prop will have numbers stamped on the front of backside of the hub itself. Shaft is something that is custom to the boat and not sure you will ever find a manual for those. I would suggest locating a good inboard diesel mechanic in your area to assist in helping with service.
