R21EC canvas question

I found a small piece of canvas that is funnel shaped with velcro on opposing sides. Does anyone know what this is for?

I think the forum went through this a few years back. You might search "funnel" "canvas" etc. for a quick answer.
 
Factory added this to the order just to keep you busy guessing! Try wrapping it around the cables from the helm.
 
You will have to work with this as it's somewhat like a puzzle to get situated well.
