R21EC Hatch

Our hatch became "unhinged". I called the supplier Jim Black & Assoc looking for info I needed to repair it. Talked to Brenda P.

Ms. P arranged for and shipped a complete replacement. She also called Ranger and got the specs on the screws used to install the hatch.

I thought you should know about this clearly extraordinary service.

PS. The screws are squaredrive. Are they #1, #2, or #3?

I have been through 3 ( yes, three hatches!) hatches in one year. The pins that hold them together were not drilled correctly.........Peter

What year are your R21EC's?
I am going to check mine for an issue.
Are you refering to the fwd Hatch or the cabin roof hatches?

My Tug is a 2012 and it was the cabin roof hatches....Peter

Equinox is a 2010(?). Port cabin hatch.

I understand the hatch is bedded in adhesive caulk. Any suggestions on removing.
