R23 24/7 Fuse Panel Location

Folks, I just got the shrink wrap off our boat this morning. It's on shore power and the panel is on and the various outlets and items with a panel switch (microwave, heater, etc.) work. BUT, none of the other things work (lights, stereo, windlass, wipers, etc.). I don't see anything wrong with the fuses on the front fuse blocks in the head. The new R23 owners manual says there is a 24/7 fuse panel, but the description of the location "the 24/7 fuse block is located in the mid cabin behind a removable panel secured with Velcro in the aft inboard corner" is not that helpful to me. I've been looking, but can't find it. Can someone give me a more specific location to look? Thanks.

The panel is covered with monkey fur, just opposite the cabin door on the floor level, just inside the cave. Just under the breaker panel is about a 4" lip recess, follow that down to the floor. The fuse panel is behind that. It's a side piece, almost like it's the back side of the door frame.
