R23 Inverter not lighting up on panel switch

Inverter is on but not getting green light on the panel switch when I flip it. Batteries (house did get drained down by mistake but have been brought back up to fully charged) Took the DC control panel off and checked the breaker on the inverter but it was not flipped and the green light was on the unit. Maybe one of my AC outlets has a GFI flipped? Little help lease?

Check your inverter thermal breaker inside the port cockpit hatch. It should be labeled “inverter” it should be next to the house thermal breaker. Also, verify the outlet reset button on the inverter is fully pressed. Sometimes it might show a green light, but not fully reset.
