R23 options - 'outboard bracket' vs 'aux/kicker bracket'

Can anyone explain the difference between these two? Is the 'outboard bracket' a bracket for a dinghy? Pictures of both/either would help a simpleton like me understand better.

We are removing the outboard bracket option listed for $200.00 as that doesn't exist on this model. We will have our website updated here shortly to reflect this. Thanks for pointing it out!

The aux motor bracket is what is used to install a kicker motor on.
