R23 pod bilge pump

The bilge pump (#1) in the pod is running continuously. Switch is off and all batteries are off. I ran fresh water through it for a rinse which didn’t work. I then pulled the 7.5 amp fuse which also did nothing. Pump still running. I am left with the option of cutting the wire to stop it before it drains my battery. Any better ideas?

Turned out it says it was bilge pump #3 according to a label by the switch in the aft cockpit. But I pulled all the fuses in all 3 boxes (two behind helm and 1 in corner of cave) and it kept running. So I cut the brown wire. Stopped. Switch still works (brown and white wire) so I can still manually pump pod. Odd it wasn’t fuse protected.
