a few times a smartcraft warning has popped up saying hi voltage and once low voltage and then after running the air for a few hours, then shutting it off and a few mins latter starting the engine the low voltage warning came on and no battery power. when running the air i had the battery charger on. pluggged back in , recharged for ten mins and started up. green light on charger is on . have noticed that smartcraft voltage reading flucuates between 11.1 and 13.5 but most of the time is 12.4. whats going on? starr

Difficult to tell from your description... First thing I would do is go into the engine compartment and unbolt the ground connections and sandpaper the paint off , put grease on the connections and tighten the nuts...
Next, I would go to the battery set, sand and grease every cable connection and reinstall..
While you have the straps off the batteries freeing up the vent caps, pull them off and water the batteries... Also use the no voltage moment to check the nuts on the battery selector switches for being tight... Being a nutcase about low ohm battery connections I would also pull these off, polish, grease, and reinstall...
Then do a good equalizing charge on the battery set and see how it goes...
