What offsets, vertical and horizontal are required to fit the Portland Pudgy on the new R25OB swim step?

Also, are there specific weight considerations or restrictions with this set up?
 
Looking at the split swim steps and the fact that the outboard sticks out past them i dont think you will be able to use a Portland pudgy. i think most people go with a inflatable and deflate it or store it on the roof when not in use.
