R27 air condition

We own a 2022 R27. Can you run the air condition while underway (and if so, at any speed)? Or should you only run it when in a slip or mooring?

You should be able to run it anytime. The only equipment having a limitation should be the house batteries. I assume you do not have a generator installed? If you have the generator you can certainly run a/c all you want. If running off the lithium batteries there may be limitations if you are going over say 5 hours.
But running it will moving will not hurt a/c system.

My 2021 R27 will run the a/c fine as long as the boat is not planing.
At planing speeds the a/c shuts down. "E1 Compressor high pressure protection – check sea water flow".

I have the Webasto a/c installed on my boat.
I believe some boats have a Velair system. YMMV.
