Is the cockpit cover/sun shade fixed, or can it be partially or totally removed/closed?

On our 2023 R27, the j be Bimini or cockpit cover comes off. We remove for cleaning and renewing the water repellency. We had a cockpit enclosure made, which also is removable.

Thanks. My fiancee is all for tanning while out on the boat.
