Does anyone know how to properly rig the winch rope for the dinghy lift on a 2025 r27? I can’t find any picture that really show the proper rigging.

I did not like the winch setup, it worked fine but was big, heavy and slow. So I installed a pad eye to the starboard side of the door. I then just clip the end of the line to it and have a pulley with a clip on the line that clips to the dingy. I then pull by hand on the other end. It is not "easy" but my wife has no problem doing it, she is pretty tough though. I like it because it's super fast and easy to stow.
