Anyone have suggestions for a Bimini top that would not make the boat any higher when trailering or something I can take off easily and reattach when at my destination.

I went custom. Pretty heavy, but it folds back behind the solar panel. A little heavy but a lot of shade. There are pics in my photo album. I can upload some more it you need a better prospective. I have seen smaller but we opted for a larger bimini.
 
It looks like all the mounting points are below the high points?
So when you collapse it, the height profile is no different ?
 
All the higher points clip in/off. The only connection when it folds is the bottom. I’ll try to load a pic folded down.
