R31 Cockpit Freezer

My 2017 R31S came with a cockpit fridge and I'd really rather have a freezer. I see that a cockpit freezer is now an option. Is it possible to remove and replace? What make and model freezer is used? Thanks.

Hi Ken,

Yes, you can remove the current fridge and replace it with a freezer, but you will just need to make sure the cutout is the same size. You will need to judge that. If not, it can be enlarged. The freezer currently used as an option on the 31 is the Novakool WF1900 DC. Hope this helps.
