R31 S Windshield wiper adjustment/spring replacement

Hello, I recently purchased a 2014 Ranger Tug R 31. All 4 windshield wipers are not clearing the windows. It seems the spring tension is not there to hold the wiper against the window. Is there a spring tension adjustment? or would i have to replace all 4 springs?

You can try spraying WD-40 on them and working them back and forth, but there isn’t any adjustment available. If that doesn't work then replacing them is the next best thing.
