We have a 2019 R31 so would think our boats are about the same.
The autopilot controller is on the outer bulkhead in the starboard lazarette just in front of the autopilot pump.
The water pressure pump is under the floor just forward of the cabin bilge hatch.
The hot water heater is under the stove, just aft of the water pump.
We have a water filter installed in the bilge right next to the water pump. Judging by how dirty the filter cartridges get we are glad we have it.
Another note on the water filter, we had a problem with low water pressure and I found that the hose that runs from the water tank to the pump was pinched under the tank. Once we pulled this out and secured the hose the problem was cleared up.
