A recent customization we made to our R21 was a rain & sunshine fly tent to cover the cockpit seating. We used a collapsible aluminum tent pole inserted into the rod holders, TentPole Technologies of Vancouver, Washington provided the tent pole. Next, we we’re introduced to Anika of ANKOR PDX, and she put together a lightweight piece that zips onto the existing bimini, it uses the light weight flexible tent pole to support it out over the aft sitting area. There are two straps that buckle and tension aft out to the swim platform railing. Super lightweight and stuffs nicely into a small bag for storing. Great solution for sunny days or NW gray drizzle.

Agree, very helpful on drizzly OR hot sunny days for cockpit seating.
Just FYI: this extension comes standard, with poles for rod-holders and a screen piece (works best for sun-shade only), with the Bimini option (vs. new std. sunshade std.) i.e. on newer Rangers

If your pictures are on line and available to the public you can use the Img tag with the url of the image file inserted. If you have an album on Tugnuts which contains the picture you want to share you can direct folks to your album, or you can use the g2Img tag, which opens a menu (be patient) for selecting and submitting the image file.

Getting a User Photo Album for your Ranger Tug or Cutwater Boat is easy but it requires submitting a request from within the site structure.

1. Sign on to the site. You may already be signed on if you’re reading this.

2. Select the User Control Panel link from the upper left corner of any page. Note: On the home page, this link is in your user menu in the upper right.

3. Click the Usergroups tab, then select the radio button next to the User Albums group.
Scroll down, choose "Join selected" in the drop-down menu, and click the Submit button.

Once you do this, an email is automatically sent to the administrator (me). That message will trigger my ability to approve your request, and you'll receive an email indicating your membership in the User Albums group has been activated.

I'll watch for the message, and look forward to seeing your pictures.

Cheers,

Bruce
