Ranger 27 Boat Lift?

Brought our new to us Ranger down today, but need to figure out a better situation for the boat lift. What should the separation be for the bunks? Are taller bunks needed? Will a “standard” lift not Work because of the deep keel?

I set my Sunstream FloatLift 10014D bunks to the same width as the factory trailer bunks (49” on center) for our R23.
