Ranger 27R rack dimensions

Does anyone have access to their Ranger 27 OB to tell me how wide the racks are on either side of the panel, and how wide the panel is? I recall something close to 22" or so, which is narrow for most kayaks. Also, any opinions on a kayak length, given that's a little subjective...10-11' feet not going to crowd things?
