Ranger 29 CB On a Lift?

We have our 2019 29 CB on a lift.

Does the factory (or owners) have any recommendations for the spacing of the bunks? And how best does one support the keel (or work around it) on a lift? Just trying to figure out the correct placement and best practices. Any pictures would be great! Thank you!

In January of this year we modified our boat lift to host our new R29 CB. The lift has a capacity of 16k. We chose that number based on the boat dry weight plus fluids of approximately 13,500 lbs. That leaves room for another 1,500 lbs of gear and a little room to spare. Our pilings are spaced on 12' centers and we have no issues getting on and off the lift. The top of your bunks need to be a at a minimum of 18" high from the support beams to allow for the keel and running gear. Since my beams were 10" high we fabricated 10' risers and added them under the beams to get the height we required. Ranger has published a lift plan for the R29 CB which can be found on this forum. Go to the form index and look under section "Ranger Factory Technical Bulletins" then choose "Boat lift and trailer drawings." Select the drawing titled "R29_14_boat_lift_info_5-27-16.pdf." If you need additional information let me know, ill be happy to assist. I am relatively new to the forum and have not posted pictures yet. If you would like some as a reference let me know and I'll figure out how to post them.
