anybody know if the new boat is at the show?

If you mean the Seattle Boats Afloat show (which ended yesterday), the answer is... no. It was not displayed.

Confirmed. I was at the Boats Afloat show and the R-41 was not there. Reason being I was told is that it commands to much attention away from all other RT and CW models. At $800,000 plus it's a real BIG step up from the other models and likely to be low volume IMO.

I don't know if it is true or not, but my dealer told me he can't get a 41 for 2 years because they are already sold out to that point. Not sure what the volume is to get sold out for that period. I think the 41 is competing with something like the Sabre 42 and I believe that goes out the door in the $1M range. So comparatively the 41 is a bargain.

Jim.... agree.... the R-41 is a $1 million boat for around $800K ... so is a bargain.

Any details on the engine specs/performance?

Twin Volvo Penta D4-400 IPS. No performance data yet.

Performance wise, the 41 seems to move along quite nicely. We were coming back from the Roche Harbor Rendezvous and the R-41 passed us while we were doing about 16 knots. My guess is it was going 22 Knots or so.
