Hi, I own a ranger tug 21ec> I want to move up to the 27. The 21 is good,however,the AC does not keep the cabin cool in the daytime.I live in florida and it gets hot.Is the AC for the Ranger Tug 27 better and more powerful?Thanks.Joseph.

We have an r-27 with the Dometic brand AC. We are currently in St Marks on the Fl. Big Bend.
Our AC will freeze us out on 90+ days. We have a Mase generator and run it while slow cruising anywhere in Fl.
We cruise and sleep quite comfortably and I have to regularly adjust the thermostat as the Admiral likes it COLD.
We will be here at Shields Marina for most of July, if you would like to come over and take a cruise with us and confirm cooling levels and experience the "27"
