Ranger Tugs Portsmouth harbor / Hudson valley

Greetings to all ,
I was on the Roundout creek in Kingston a few weeks ago and saw a Ranger Tug 27 the skipper was to embark on a semi loop. I have been up on my annual treck on the Piscataqua river NH out to the Gulf of Maine , I saw a RT31 , an RT 27 or 25 and the classic 21. Just wanted to say hello to you folks on the water.

Nice to hear from you. Where about did you cruise in the golf of Maine? We purchased an R27OB last fall and keep her in Kennebunkport. We'd be interested to hear about the different ports you may have visited. Did you cruise up from NY or trailer your boat?

Hello,
I trailered the boat up, mainly on the Piscataqua River, went out to the Isle of Shoals a few times and up to York Ledge and the twin sisters. Did a little fishing and enjoying the views.

The Piscataqua has some pretty strong currents! We've been to the isle of Sholes several times. New time you venture up that way drop us a note and maybe we can meet up.
