Recessed light lens removal

I need to check bulbs on the two recessed light fixtures in the overhang under the porthole in the head, since neither light is working. Does the lens pop out somehow to access the bulbs, or does the whole brass ring around the lens pop off, or ??? I wasn’t able to easily see how this works, and was afraid to mess around with it for fear of breaking/damaging something. Advice would be much appreciated.

Hello, the brass trim ring will pop off using a small flat head screwdriver, which will then expose the mounting screws. You'll want to replace the entire fixture, as I don't believe there is way to replace just the LED's.
