Recommended Escrow Service for Buying a Ranger Tug

I am purchasing a Ranger Tug 29S from a private party. Any suggestions on if I should use an escrow service or not and if so any recommendations? Also is there a difference between a documentation service and an escrow service? Thanks for any help!

You probably want an all-in-one title / documentation / escrow service.

Van Ness title in Bellingham is good. So is Pacific Maritime Title in Seattle.

Also, are you buying for cash or using financing?

Marine lenders often have a preferred (or required) title/escrow company (for example, Trident Marine only uses Pacific Maritime).
