Refitting 29S NW with Air Conditioning

My wife and I are inching closer to buying our 2015 or newer 29S. As there are many more NW edition 29Ss 2015-2019 available, was wondering on the cost of refitting the NW editions with air conditioning. Replacement of heater with reverse cycle heat/air, I assume is what is required, if at all possible.

I will probably show my ignorance but I was wondering why they don't use a recreational vehicle a/c unit on a boat?? I see they sell units that are made to fit in one of the standard windows up top.
 
My R25 was factory fitted with reverse cycle air. I added a 5k rooftop for humidity control. Turns out it keeps the boat fairly comfortable underway on the inverter. Now looking for an 8k RV unit or an inverter unit for my roof. Even in s Florida the 16k unit is more than the inverter will power and more than we need at night.
