Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the refrigerator (2010 Ranger Tug 29)? We need to access a hose clamp or replace leaking hose below the Galley sink.
Thank you

Hello. It’s held in by four screws. I usually remove all of the shiny hardware on the outside once I pull the door to prevent the sharp edges from scratching the fiberglass. Then, put your foot under the fridge to support it as you pull it out. It’s actually quite easy once you do it. Maybe think about putting some towels on the floor.

Thank you,

I have had mine off a few times and it is easy.. You will be surprised the room you will find back there. I found removing the fridge door made it a bit lighter and easier to handle.
Good luck .

On a classic 27 you also need to unscrew the top hinge or you won’t make it around the companion seat. The only thing I wished the factory had done was to add machines threads. The cutout for the fridge is so uneven or ragged that some of the fiber glass screw holes fail after a few removals. Also bottom rail support or some type of glides would be nice to support the weight

It would be so 'cool' if the Refrigerator could be slid out much like for a draw on side extensible rails. 😎

Thank you so much everyone!! You are all awesome!
We will be removing the frig this coming Wednesday and will let everyone know how it goes.
🙂
