Replacing aft fridge

On my C30 I have the aft deck fridge which I never seem to use and was thinking of replacing it with a freezer unit for longer duration trips. HAs anyone done this and if so what model freezer did you use?
 
I am looking to do the same, or maybe swap out with an ice maker.
