We have a 2015 R-27 inboard hull # US-FMLT2708F415 with electric stove/oven. I would like to not use the generator (actually remove it and have more space to store things) and replace the current stove with a propane one. Is that possible and if so how difficult would it be? If possible is there a stove that would fit in the same space onboard?
p.s.
The reason we no longer want to use the generator is because it is toast and we don't need it if we have a propane stove and the conversion probably (?) would be cheaper than a new generator which again can break down. the current generator is a Mace

It’s a big job, and we haven’t swapped an electric stove to propane here at the shop. The best approach would be to source the propane stove you want and then check to see if it fits the existing opening. Don't for get about CO2 sensor and smoke detectors if you don't have them already. Plus, propane alarm sensor.

Thank you Jared. We have a mechanic who is looking into doing this and a Force 10 two burner stove fits almost perfectly. We will let you all know how it goes. And yes, we already have the sensors onboard.
