Replacing Jabsco 63022 With Another Spotlight?

I can’t get the Jabsco 63022 spotlight on my R-27 to work, no matter what I’ve tried to include troubleshooting the unit. What would be a good replacement for it? Any drop in units?

I tried my light once and it works but basically not a very good setup. I might just order a handheld on Amazon and go with that.
 
As it is mounted The spotlight has value for other boats to see you, or to search at any direction other than dead ahead but don’t expect to use it see any thing you might want to see going forward. Light needs to be mounted on the bow. It looks nice all polished on the radar tower however. Think of it as a hood ornament.
