On March 28, 2022, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum put the 57 foot replica of the Maryland Dove in the water for the first time in St. Michaels, MD. A videographer ashore captured the lift in a video and managed to also capture our Ranger Tug Tranquility during the historic moment. We were onboard photographing the event from the water.

The Dove will remain at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum for another couple of months for the final work to be completed before it is delivered to Historic St. Mary's City, its future homeport.
