I would like to second that!

I have ordered spare parts from Richard Becker at the Ranger factory for several years now. I always seem to make a mistake or two on the order spreadsheet (correct number if zincs etc.) and Richard always calls me back to clarify my order and make sure I get what I really need.

I have also done a fair amount of customizing projects using parts from the factory. Richard has been incredibly helpful on these projects even to the extent of building up a whole kit of parts with custom cut lengths and the appropriate fasteners such that only final assembly is required. When he cannot supply the item or if he thinks I can save money he always sends me a link to a suggested site where I can find the item.
