Right colour paint for touch up

I have a 2008 EC21 coloured blue. Over the years, i have had some minor scrapes and wish to paint over (and re gelcoat as required). What would be the best colour marine paint to use. This affects only the blue.

The boat has no paint ,only midnight blue gelcoat. You may get a close match with paint but probably not exact . Sometimes buffing will get better results than you would expect, give it a try with a good compound and a low speed buffer .
3M fiberglass cleaner / restorer is a good product .

Followup the buffing with a good waxing. A good buffing and waxing usually will work miracles.

"Kamalani" (2009 R-21EC) was delivered from the factory with a small supply of gelcoat for touch-ups. Our dealer had held on to this and they called in their expert on the one occasion when repair was necessary.

The best resource would probably be Andrew at the factory or Richard in parts. They would be able to provide the best color match for your year of manufacture. I'm not sure if there is a compatible paint color for "Midnight Blue" or "Hero Red"...etc.
