RT 31CB Repositioned dingy standoff brackets

We have a 2017 RT31 CB and found maneuvering on the swim platform sometimes challenging.with the low clearance of the dingy standoffs. I just completed the relocation of our dingy's standoff brackets from aft of the transom to the cockpit roof top. Before I had to stoop down to get below the standoffs to move about the swim platform, now I barely have to bend my head over (I'm 6'3"). Works great. In addition, I've also incorporated brackets forward on the roof so when the dingy is not stowed on the swim plat form, the standoffs can stowed on top of the roof, out of the way and out of sight. For those of you that have the hardtop roof over the cockpit, I think you might consider this modification worth while. Hi Erik, That sounds like an excellent modification. Would it be possible for you to post some pictures of the modification? From what you have described I am sure I am going to do a similar modification.
