RT Assistance

I guess I should know this by now. When you communicate with RT for assistance do you call or email?
Email is not always the best way to solve a problem. Is there a Customer Service number for RT?

Call the office at 1 (253) 839-521 and explain what you need. Your call will be routed to the appropriate person. Leave a message if you need to. The call volume has been high.

I would call first. Especially if it is a warranty issue. If you want to brief them with facts in an email that also might help. If you then think the resolution may help others post it in the forum. Forum is also great for finding out how something works or non-factory upgrades. While they do seem to give input on the forum I do not picture someone sitting there all day monitoring our posts. So you may not hear as quickly as you want.
