I have noticed that some of the R21's have an elliptical hole in the rudder blade. Is this an attempt to increase the efficiency by changing the water flow across the rudder?? If not, could you explain the reason for it :?: Thanks, Joe
 
I would say off hand its to get the shaft out of the boat but being fair I have not gone out and looked so I very well could be wrong. Would be easier than pulling the motor. Bob Heselberg Eatonville Wa
