Sad day

Spent the remains or the Nor'easter last night sleeping on the boat with the reverse cycle heat blowing. It was great!

We have almost 700 hours after 4 years of amazing boating. This year we spent 3 weeks and circumnavigated Long Island.

Dear PhilR

I was totally prepared for the "SA" it was totally expected and deserved!!!

I was in the yard today short sleeves oh I won't go on

I am looking for a SHORT sleeved shirt for tomorrow and maybe "shorts".

Should you be heading to FL during the depressing days to come [ cold weather] please let me know and
I'll be happy to take you out in the Gulf of Mexico.

John

Sad day indeed! We put our Kismet into storage in Chattanooha on Thursday after 2 1/2 months of cruising and 90 hours already. Our plan is to pick it back up, after spending the holidays in Michigan, around the middle of January and haul it to sunny Florida. If anyone will be on the west coast of Florida and or cruising to the Keys please let us know, we'd love to meet up.

As the old saying goes,"to cold? head south 'til the butter melts"

Thanks John for your kind offer. Unfortunately I have to stay here all winter and clear snow at my rental properties so that my tenants will pay their rent so that I can make the mortgage payments on my boat. Hey....maybe it will be a warm winter and the ice never comes in....

Phil
