My first post, just bought a 2017 R31S. The state (Washington) will issue a new registration number and the boat will be rechristened, so, what’s the best/safest way to remove the existing graphics without damaging the boat? Thanks in advance.

If your graphics are painted on EASY Off oven cleaner does a great job. An old fiberglass repair guy told me about that trick. It does a great job.
 
I used a rubber wheel decal remover. It goes into a cordless drill. You'll see them on Amazon. Very safe.
