I thought the day would never get here, but yesterday Keith and I brought Sand Dollar home to Bowen Island. Boy did she turn heads. The driver told us he stopped on the side of the road on the way to the boat launch and he had cars pulling over to get a closer look. As we were getting ready to launch her, she attracted lots of attention and wonderful comments and once she was in the water, we had people coming to the dock to look at her up close.

The crossing from Nanaimo to Bowen was wonderful, she ran like a charm and I couldn't get over how smooth the voyage was. Lots of activity on the dock as she pulled into her new home and tours were conducted for a couple of hours before we finally got the salt washed off and she was tucked away.

We'd certainly be out on her today if it wasn't for this darn thing called "work" but I guess until the lottery comes through that won't change 😀

Looking forward to meeting many of you on the August trip to Desolation and to the wonderful adventures ahead of us.

Cheers

Kathy

Congratulations on your new boat and welcome to the Ranger Tug family! We are looking forward to meeting you in Desolation Sound this August.

Enjoy,

Congratulations. Love the name!

Welcome to the Ranger Family!!
You will never look back! You are in for the time of your life with the best boat ever! Just be prepared for all of the attention you will get from others! You won't be able to slip away because your boat is anything but generic.
If you come boating down into the Washington State waters, pop us an email if you want to join our family armada. We have two Ranger tugs, both prepared to go off the grid. And that is what we are going to do this summer! Bought the second one for son and new wife for an engagement present. Come boat with us.

Now that's some engagement present! What a lucky couple and what great parents.

Looking forward to crossing paths with many Tug Nutters as we cruise, so we will definitely let you know if we are in your area.

After spending last weekend loading things onto the boat, not know where the optimal place to put things, we've decided the Desolation cruise will not only be a great way to meet so many, but to learn from the masters before we start putting holes anywhere!

Looking forward to a summer on the water (or as much of it as possible)

Cheers
Kathy & Keith
