I saved a draft posting. How do I post it later?

Depends on how you "saved" it I think. If I do a long one, I usually highlight all the words and save it into a MS Word document. Then when I'm ready to send it, I highlight it all in the Word document, copy it to the clipboard and paste it into a new post. If you save it through this site, with the save button at the bottom next to the preview button, the next time you go to post, there will be a new button at the bottom named "load". When you hit that, it will bring up your "saved" posts and you can pick from them and then send them. Try it, it's easy, I just did it with this post and then added the stuff on "through the site", cause I'd never done it.

Charlie -

Thanks so much! You saved me a heap of work. I had saved my entire next post on our 2800 mile ICW trip and was beginning to think I was going to have to do it over. It is posted now! Thank you, thank you!

You are most welcome Ed. If you and Elaine get a chance, come over June 5-7 at Langford Marina on the Chester River for a CBGT (C-Brat Get Together). It's the 5th annual, we'll have 25+ C-Dorys and several R-25's and maybe a 21 or two. We have a great time and we'd love to hear more in person about your trip. We all dream of doing that.

We'll do our best to be there. Have a schedule conflict to work our first.

Looks like we will be able to attend the Chesapeake Bay Gathering. I tried to sign up on the C-Brat site. I think I got signed up for the Chesapeake Bay Group Membership, but I'm not sure about the Gathering! Can you check me out there, please!?!

I also tried to send you PMs on both this site and the C-Brat site, but the messages seem to end up in the"Out Box" and I can't seem to get them into the "Sent Box". As you have figured out by now, computers are not my strong suit!

I did, however, manage to successfully pick up the phone and make a slip reservation at Lankford Marina for 6/05-06! I guess that's because I have a little more experience with Alexander Graham Bell's device than I do with computers. Maybe that's because Alexander and I grew up together!
