Was going uphill west of the Ste Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville. The hill is partly 137th PL NE and the upper stretch is NE 143rd Place.
It was a large white pickup hauling an R-25 and I was astounded at its speed going downhill.
Who was it I wonder? Was it Jeff Messmer who lives but a mile or so from my house, or some other person in a hurry!
