I grew up in Burien and as a kid over 50 years ago I used to play at Seahurst beach. If I remember right the water is pretty shallow for a long way out. This August my high school class is having an all day party at the beach and I was thinking about taking my boat down but not sure of the anchorage. If my memory serves me it is not that well protected and I would have to take my skiff into the beach. Anyone have any information on the area?
